Any parent will be able to identify with at least some of the difficult behaviors Dr. Borba speaks of in this comprehensive guide to peaceful family living. Borba introduces each behavior as a letter from a parent seeking help. Marguerite Gavin and Lloyd James alternately take the role of either mother or father to ask the question leading into each chapter. Each narrator does a good job displaying a harried parent's plea for help. Dr. Borba then offers specific advice and strategies to diminish or eliminate the behavior in children. Straightforward and clearly read, the advice is no-nonsense and helpful. Problems range from bullying to sibling rivalry D.L.M. (c) AudioFile 2006, Portland, Maine
